Returns & Warranty
Our Returns Policy lasts 10 days from the date that you receive your product from us. If 10 calendar days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain products cannot be be returned: Unique designs printed on products. Non-returnable products are clearly marked in their respective product descriptions on our website.
To complete your return, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, giving us 1. the date of purchase, 2. the order number, 3. the amount paid, 4. your first and last name, 5. your billing address, 6. the delivery address (if different), and 7. the reason why you are returning the product.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and whether your refund has been approved.
If your return is approved, then a refund will be processed, less the shipping cost, duties paid (where required) and a 20% restock fee - the amount of the item will automatically be applied to your credit card, or the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
We can only refund regular priced items. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We can only replace items if they are defective or they were damaged when you received them. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com, giving us 1. the date of purchase, 2. the order number, 3. the amount paid, 4. your first and last name, 5. your billing address, 6. the delivery address (if different), 7. the reason why you are returning the product and 8. photos are of the defective or damaged product.

Depending on where you live, or where the item is to be shipped, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item which cost over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot take responsibility for items lost by the postal or courier services.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 2 weeks from the date you sent us the return, first please check your bank account or credit card account once more as it often takes some time before your refund is officially posted.

waholife inc. is Relaxation Refined
We are confident in the design and construction of our Loungers we offer a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects & Exterior Guarantee.
We know our loungers cost a little more, but, we know the quality and care we have taken to built them will provide years of chill time in AND out of the water.
“Manufacturing defect” are any shortcoming or weakness in the product from its design specifications during production such as a non functioning zipper. The 2 Year Exterior Guarantee covers all of our Sunbrella products we ship against severe fading and material deterioration for 2 years.
The exterior guarantee applies to the Sunbrella cover only and does not apply to the interior lining or filling (over time you may need top top of the filling to ensure maximum comfort)
All warranties and guarantees cover normal, reasonable use. The following exclusions apply to all warranties and guarantees:
Things such as dirt and mud scuff marks, creases when not used for a while etc that are attributable to normal use.
Accidents and Misuse
Damage attributable to things such as chemicals or toxins spilling, sitting the product to close to a fire, leaving tanning lotion on for a week, rough handling or playing tug of war in the water.....
Salt water and spray don't do damage to our loungers but extended use in salt water without regular fresh water cleaning may comprise the product. Just like you take a shower after an ocean dip - give the lounger a clean off as well!
In the case of any damage or deterioration covered by our exterior guarantee or manufacturer's warranty, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
